Revitalizing & Spicy Creamy Chicken and Ramen Soup is a comforting, bold soup filled with tender chicken, silky noodles, and a spicy, creamy broth that’s both energizing and cozy—perfect for chilly days or anytime you need a warm, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs, shredded
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced or grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 12 tablespoons chili garlic sauce or sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: soft-boiled eggs, chili oil, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and green onions for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in coconut milk or heavy cream and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ramen noodles. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in lime juice and season with salt, pepper, or extra chili sauce as needed.
  6. Ladle soup into bowls and top with soft-boiled eggs, chili oil, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, or sesame seeds.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
