Ingredients

  • lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, divided
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant and chicken is coated.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
