Ingredients
- 12–15 white sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos)
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
- 24–30 mini marshmallows, halved (for ears)
- Mini chocolate chips or candy eyes (for eyes)
- 12–15 chocolate chips or brown M&Ms (for noses)
- Lollipop sticks or toothpicks (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Dip each sandwich cookie into the melted chocolate, using a fork or stick to lift and let excess drip off.
- Place coated cookies on parchment paper.
- Quickly decorate: press two halved mini marshmallows on top for ears, place a chocolate chip or M&M in the center for the nose, and add candy eyes or mini chips for eyes.
- Let cookies set at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until firm.
