Rich and elegant Pistachio Chocolate Bars made with creamy melted chocolate, crunchy pistachios, and a touch of sea salt. These easy no-bake bars are perfect for holidays, gifting, or an everyday sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios, for topping
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate, for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan or dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, and butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Fold in most of the chopped pistachios, reserving some for topping.
  5. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios and sea salt over the top.
  7. Drizzle melted white chocolate across the surface for decoration.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Slice into 12 bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.

  • Use milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor or all dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Roasted pistachios provide deeper flavor, but raw pistachios work well too.
  • Add chopped almonds, hazelnuts, or crispy rice cereal for extra crunch.
