Easy, colorful pinwheel sandwiches made with soft tortillas, creamy spread, and customizable fillings, perfect for parties, lunches, or quick snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz deli  turkey
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers or green onions, finely diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  2. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla, reaching all the way to the edges.
  3. Layer the deli meat, cheese, and vegetables evenly over the cream cheese.
  4. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  6. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and slice into even pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  8. Arrange on a serving plate and serve chilled.
