Pineapple Lemonade is a tropical twist on classic lemonade, blending tangy lemon juice with sweet pineapple for a refreshing, vibrant drink perfect for hot days or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 34 cups cold water (still or sparkling)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and pineapple chunks (optional, for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and sugar or honey.
  2. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. If needed, use a small amount of warm water to help dissolve it faster.
  3. Add cold water (still or sparkling) and stir again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and mint leaves if using.

Notes

  • Use fresh pineapple chunks blended with lemon juice for extra freshness.
  • Turn into a frozen drink by blending all ingredients with ice.
  • Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
  • Infuse with fresh ginger or basil for added flavor depth.
  • Store up to 3 days in the fridge; stir before serving as juice may settle.
