Ingredients

  • to ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract (or more to taste)
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 8 oz (227 g) whipped topping or whipped cream
  • ½ to ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  2. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract; mix until incorporated.
  3. Mix in green food coloring if using.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
  5. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
