A bright, creamy, and refreshing smoothie made with ripe bananas, juicy oranges, and yogurt—perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 medium oranges (peeled and segmented) or 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and oranges (if using whole oranges) and remove any seeds.
  2. Add bananas, oranges or orange juice, yogurt, milk, ice cubes, and optional sweetener to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust thickness with more milk or ice as needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
