No-Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna is a refreshing, fruity, and creamy layered dessert with a buttery cookie crust, whipped cream cheese filling, and sweet strawberry Jello with fresh berries. Perfect for warm-weather gatherings or make-ahead treats.

Ingredients

  • 36 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 box (6 oz) strawberry Jello mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: extra whipped topping and crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, stir in cold water, and let cool slightly (do not let it set). Stir in sliced strawberries.
  5. Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and crushed cookies if desired. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use graham crackers or shortbread cookies as a crust alternative.
  • Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of Cool Whip (whipped to stiff peaks).
  • Let Jello cool slightly before pouring to prevent melting the cream cheese layer.
  • Add other berries like raspberries or blueberries for extra color and flavor.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days—do not freeze.
