These Milky Way Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Brownies are a decadent dessert mashup with layers of fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, crunchy pecans, and chewy Milky Way chunks. Easy to make with a boxed brownie mix, these brownies are perfect for parties, holidays, or a chocolate lover’s dream treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
  • ½ cup chopped Milky Way bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup caramel sauce (plus more for optional drizzle)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Additional Milky Way chunks, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Fold in chopped Milky Way bars. Pour most of the batter into prepared pan, reserving ¼ cup for topping.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the brownie batter.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer, sprinkle chopped pecans, and dollop the reserved brownie batter on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing. Optional: drizzle with extra caramel and garnish with Milky Way pieces.

Notes

  • Add chocolate chips or toffee bits for extra texture.
  • Swap Milky Way with Snickers or Rolos for variation.
  • Sprinkle crushed pretzels or sea salt before baking for sweet-salty contrast.
  • Store-bought or homemade caramel sauce both work great.
