Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki or labneh
  • 12 pita breads, cut into triangles, or pita chips
  • 1/2 cup olives (Kalamata, green, or marinated mix)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes
  • 68 grape leaves (dolmas)
  • 68 falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup almonds or pistachios
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or mint), for garnish
  • 12 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Select a large platter or board and small bowls for dips and juicy items.
  2. Place hummus and tzatziki into bowls and space them on the board.
  3. Arrange pita bread, falafel, and grape leaves around the dips.
  4. Add cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and roasted red peppers in clusters.
  5. Scatter feta, olives, and artichoke hearts across the board.
  6. Garnish with herbs, sprinkle nuts, and drizzle olive oil over hummus and vegetables.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally with lemon wedges or a side salad.
