Ingredients

  • 1 bread roll, pita, or English muffin, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced black olives

Instructions
