Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Toasted bread or crostini, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the halved cherry tomatoes in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gently toss everything together until the tomatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Let the tomatoes marinate for 20 to 30 minutes to develop flavor.
  5. Transfer the marinated tomatoes to a serving plate or shallow bowl.
  6. Place the burrata cheese in the center.
  7. Spoon extra marinade over the burrata.
  8. Serve immediately with toasted bread or crostini.
