Love Oreo Pops are a fun, no-bake treat featuring Oreo cookies dipped in chocolate and decorated with festive toppings. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or edible gifts, they’re easy to make and look like they came from a bakery.

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
  • 8 oz white chocolate, milk chocolate, or candy melts
  • 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
  • Sprinkles, candy hearts, edible glitter, or crushed freeze-dried berries (for decorating)
  • Optional: food coloring (for tinting white chocolate)
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil (to thin chocolate if needed)

Instructions

  1. Twist Oreos apart gently and insert a lollipop stick into the cream side.
  2. Add a dab of melted chocolate to secure the stick, then press cookie halves back together. Let set for a few minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add oil if needed to thin.
  4. Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles, hearts, or other toppings.
  6. Place dipped pops on parchment paper or stick upright in a foam block to set.
  7. Let set at room temperature or in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Notes

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for easier stick insertion and better hold.
  • Color white chocolate pink or red for themed designs.
  • Try different Oreo flavors like golden or red velvet for variety.
  • Drizzle contrasting chocolate over the set pops for extra flair.
  • Store in a cool, dry place or the fridge for up to 5 days.
