Love Chocolate Bark is a quick, customizable sweet treat made with melted chocolate and festive toppings. Perfect for gifting, snacking, or celebrating special occasions like Valentine’s Day, it’s rich, pretty, and no-bake.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chocolate (dark, milk, white, or a mix), chopped or in chips
  • 2 oz white chocolate (optional, for swirling)
  • 1 tbsp heart-shaped or colored sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed pretzels or chopped nuts
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Optional: candy hearts, mini marshmallows, edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into a 1/4-inch thick layer.
  4. Melt white chocolate separately if using, drizzle over the base, and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
  5. While chocolate is still melted, sprinkle toppings evenly over the surface and press down gently so they stick.
  6. Let the bark sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
