Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a flavorful, steakhouse-style dish featuring juicy, seasoned chicken breasts topped with a creamy Parmesan ranch sauce and melted cheese. Rich, comforting, and quick to make, it’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Rub with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–7 minutes per side), then remove from pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing and grated Parmesan cheese to form the creamy topping.
  5. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish, spread with the Parmesan ranch sauce, and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Broil for 3–5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use cheddar for a sharper cheese flavor.
  • Mix in hot sauce or red pepper flakes for added heat.
  • Substitute chicken thighs for a juicier variation.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
  • Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
