Ingredients

  • 480 g fudgy brownies, crumbled
  • 340 g cream cheese, softened
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
  • Caramel sauce
  • Extra brownie crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth to make the cheesecake filling.
  2. Fold in whipped cream gently to create a mousse-like texture.
  3. Spoon crumbled brownies into the bottom of each dessert cup, pressing lightly.
