Ready in just 25 minutes, they’re perfect for meal prep, snacks, salads, or party appetizers—and they always deliver on flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.
  4. Reduce heat. Add butter and minced garlic to skillet; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in lemon juice and toss chicken to coat in the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Swap chicken breast for thighs for extra juiciness.
  • Add red pepper flakes or chili oil for heat.
  • A splash of chicken broth or white wine with lemon juice creates a richer sauce.
  • Great served with rice, roasted veggies, salad, or in wraps.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15–18 mins or air fry at 375°F for ~10 mins as alternate cooking methods.
