Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (for drizzling)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cheddar cheese with sour cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Combine dry mixture with melted cheese mixture. Stir well.
  5. Add eggs and mix until fully combined.
  6. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  7. Spoon dough onto prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with extra cheddar.
  8. Bake 15–17 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley.
