Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Glaze:
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional garnish:
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon pieces and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly into a glaze.
  6. Return the salmon to the pan and gently toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to control the spice level.
  • Pat salmon dry before cooking for better browning.
  • Add grated ginger to the glaze for extra flavor.
  • Can be baked or air fried instead of pan-cooked.
  • Serve over rice, noodles, or with vegetables for a complete meal.
