Ingredients

  • 34 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries or blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped or thinly sliced
  • Pinch of salt (optional, to enhance sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all the fruit: slice peaches and strawberries, and leave blueberries or blackberries whole.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until smooth and combined.
  3. Place all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
