Homemade Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars are chewy blondie-style bars topped with tangy cream cheese frosting, sweet dried cranberries, and a white chocolate drizzle. These bakery-style treats are festive, rich, and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • For the frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled (for drizzle)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (for topping)
  • Optional: extra orange zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger just until combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped dried cranberries.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set. Let cool completely.
  7. To make the frosting, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  8. Spread frosting over the cooled bars, then top with dried cranberries and optional orange zest.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Cut into triangles or squares before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother frosting.
  • Add a touch of orange juice to the frosting for extra citrus flavor.
  • Bars can be cut into squares for easier serving.
  • Store in the fridge and serve chilled or at room temperature.
