Ingredients

  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Lemon zest (optional)

  • Water or low-sodium vegetable broth
  • Soy sauce or tamari (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water or broth to a gentle simmer in a pot.
