Elegant crostini topped with melty brie, grilled peaches, and a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze. Sweet, savory, creamy, and crunchy in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 12 tbsp olive oil, for brushing
  • Honey or balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Fresh thyme or basil (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach slices lightly with olive oil and grill 1–2 minutes per side until charred and softened.
  3. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast on the grill or in the oven until golden and crisp.
  4. Place a slice of brie on each warm crostini; let it melt slightly, or broil for 1 minute if needed.
  5. Top each crostini with a grilled peach slice and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and optional fresh herbs; serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use nectarines or plums instead of peaches for variation.
  • Swap brie for goat cheese or burrata.
  • Add chopped pistachios or walnuts for extra crunch.
  • For a spicy twist, drizzle with chili oil or hot honey.
