Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce, tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into ¾-inch thick patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Toast burger buns in the skillet or under the broiler until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble burgers with patties, fresh toppings, and tzatziki sauce. Serve warm.

Notes
