Ghostly Yogurt Parfaits are a fun, healthy Halloween treat made with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and spooky marshmallow or banana ghosts. These no-bake parfaits are perfect for Halloween breakfast, snacks, or party treats—quick to make, festive, and kid-approved!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt sweetened to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or mango)
  • ½ cup granola or crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • 4 mini marshmallows or banana slices (for ghost toppers)
  • 8 mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • 4 small clear cups or jars for serving

Instructions

  1. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each cup.
  2. Add a layer of fruit or granola.
  3. Repeat yogurt and fruit layers until cups are nearly full.
  4. For ghost faces, press two mini chocolate chips into a mini marshmallow or banana slice to create eyes.
  5. Place the ghost topper on each parfait.
  6. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use chocolate or orange-colored yogurt for a Halloween color twist.
  • For more protein, use high-protein or Icelandic-style yogurt.
  • Add crushed chocolate cookies or pudding for a dessert-style version.
