Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (ripe but firm)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 12 mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • 6 regular chocolate chips (for mouths)
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each in half crosswise.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half.
  3. Place banana pops on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each banana in melted white chocolate, spooning to coat if needed.
  6. Press on two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one regular chocolate chip for a mouth.
  7. Return decorated banana pops to the tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Use vegan white chocolate chips or coconut-based white chocolate for a dairy-free option.
  • Try dark chocolate for zombie pops or roll in crushed graham crackers for extra crunch.
  • No sticks? Make bite-sized ghost banana bites instead.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. Separate layers with parchment paper.
