These crispy garlic Parmesan sweet potato wedges are roasted to golden perfection and bursting with flavor. Coated in olive oil, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan, they’re a healthy, savory side or snack that pairs perfectly with your favorite dipping sauces or main dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, keeping sizes even.
  3. In a bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
