Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, bite-sized snacks packed with juicy beef, melted cheese, and wrapped in soft dough, all topped with a buttery garlic parmesan glaze. Perfect for parties, game day, or a fun dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each piece of biscuit or pizza dough into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Brush garlic parmesan butter over each dough ball generously.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Add pickles or sautéed mushrooms to the filling for variation.
  • Try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor twist.
  • Mix ketchup and mustard into the beef for a classic cheeseburger taste.
  • Freeze unbaked or baked bombs and reheat from frozen at 350°F.
