Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  5. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  7. Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
