Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Add granola or mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 3–4 hours until completely firm.
  7. Remove from the freezer and break the frozen yogurt sheet into pieces or cut into squares before serving.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier texture when frozen.
  • Try different fruits like mango, kiwi, or blackberries for variety.
  • Add chopped nuts such as almonds or pistachios for extra crunch.
  • Store pieces separated with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Let the bark sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for a softer bite.
