These Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips are the perfect healthy snack—creamy, sweet, protein-packed, and irresistibly delicious. With a mix of Greek yogurt, peanut butter, natural sweeteners, and chocolate chips, they’re a freezer-friendly, kid-approved treat that satisfies cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (plus a few extra for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop mixture into silicone mini muffin cups, ice cube trays, or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, filling each about ¾ full.
  4. Optionally, top each bite with a few extra chocolate chips for a polished look.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  6. Let bites sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

  • Swap peanut butter with almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter for an allergy-friendly version.
  • Add chia seeds, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts for texture.
  • Use flavored yogurt (like vanilla or strawberry) for variety and reduce sweetener as needed.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt before freezing for a sweet-salty flavor combo.
