Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour or oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth for a better texture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings.
Mix until a soft dough forms. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Place the dough on parchment paper and shape it into a round or oval crust of even thickness.
Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
Transfer the crust with parchment paper into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes until the crust is firm and lightly golden.
Remove the crust, add desired toppings, and return to the air fryer.
Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until toppings are heated and melted.
