Easy Santa Hat Brownies are adorable, festive treats made with rich brownies, fresh strawberries, and a swirl of whipped cream or frosting. Perfect for holiday parties, they’re simple to assemble and bring instant Christmas cheer.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch brownie mix (prepared and baked, or homemade brownie batter)
  • 1216 fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup whipped cream, stabilized whipped cream, or vanilla frosting
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Bake brownies in a square or round pan as directed and let cool completely.
  2. Cut the brownies into small rounds or squares using a cookie cutter or knife.
  3. Wash and hull the strawberries, trimming the bottoms so they sit flat.
  4. Place a small dollop of whipped cream or frosting in the center of each brownie piece.
  5. Press a strawberry onto the cream, pointed side up.
  6. Pipe a small swirl or dot of cream on the tip of each strawberry to mimic Santa’s hat.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
