Ingredients

  • 1 roll sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, about 16 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • Optional: whipped topping, fresh mint leaves, or melted chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press sugar cookie dough evenly into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set. Let cool completely.
