This Easy Baked Caesar Chicken is a weeknight dinner hero—juicy, tender chicken breasts baked in creamy Caesar dressing and topped with golden Parmesan cheese. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, this rich, flavorful dish is a perfect go-to for busy nights or comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or chopped chives, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Spoon Caesar dressing generously over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  5. Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for an even juicier version.
  • Add crushed croutons or breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping in the final 10 minutes.
  • Mix Dijon mustard or lemon juice into the Caesar dressing for a tangy variation.
  • Best with fresh Caesar dressing, but store-bought works perfectly too.
  • Don’t use frozen chicken directly—thaw fully for even cooking.
