Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are high-protein, low-carb snacks made with just one main ingredient—cottage cheese! Baked until golden and crunchy, these cheesy chips are perfect for satisfying salty cravings while staying on track with a protein-rich diet. Easy to customize with your favorite seasonings and perfect for snacking or dipping.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • Seasonings of choice (dry spices and herbs only)
  • Suggested Flavors: Everything bagel seasoning, Garlic powder, Chili-lime blend, Smoked paprika, Onion powder, Dried dill or oregano, Cinnamon + monk fruit sweetener (for a sweet version)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drop small scoops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spaced apart. Flatten slightly.
  3. Sprinkle with dry seasonings of choice.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are golden and crisp.
  5. Let chips cool for 5–10 minutes on the tray to firm up completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper only—foil or silicone mats may affect crispiness.
  • Avoid using flavored or overly wet cottage cheese.
  • Full-fat cottage cheese yields richer, crispier chips.
  • Chips crisp further as they cool.
