A bold and satisfying Crispy Buffalo Tofu served over a fresh Caesar salad, combining spicy, crunchy tofu with cool romaine, creamy dressing, and classic Caesar flavors.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.33 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.33 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup croutons
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss tofu with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (or bake at 425°F/220°C) and cook tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. Remove tofu from heat and toss with Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  5. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  6. Toss salad until evenly coated.
  7. Top the Caesar salad with warm crispy Buffalo tofu and serve immediately.
