Ingredients
2–4 slices bread
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Spread an even layer of cottage cheese over each slice of bread.
Spoon tomato sauce on top of the cottage cheese.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each slice.
Add Italian seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
