A smooth and tangy creamy spicy feta dip made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese blended with garlic, lemon, and warm spices for a bold Mediterranean-inspired appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese to a food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Blend again until all ingredients are fully combined and the dip is silky.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top.
  8. Garnish with smoked paprika, fresh herbs, or additional chili flakes before serving.

  • Block feta provides the best flavor and thicker texture for this dip.
  • Roasted red bell pepper can be blended in for a sweeter smoky flavor.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes add a rich tangy variation.
