This Creamy & Delicious Pizza features a soft homemade crust topped with a rich blend of cream cheese, mozzarella, and ricotta, finished with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. A cozy and savory twist on traditional pizza.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet (2¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to flour mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
  6. Once dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Spread creamy cheese mixture over the dough. Top with chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes if you prefer a crisper base.
  • Add protein like chicken, sausage, or pepperoni for variety.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze or chili oil after baking for extra flavor.
  • Try kale, arugula, or caramelized onions as alternative toppings.
  • Add pesto under the cheese for a herbaceous twist.
