Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese (preferably block, crumbled)
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 23 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 12 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or fresh cranberry relish
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary), for garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts (optional)
  • Crackers, pita chips, or crostini, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese (or yogurt), lemon juice, olive oil, and honey (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more olive oil if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Spread whipped feta onto a shallow plate or bowl.
