These Cranberry Roll Ups are the ultimate festive appetizer—quick, creamy, and bursting with sweet-tart cranberries, cheddar cheese, and green onions all rolled into soft tortillas. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or holiday snack boards, these no-bake pinwheels are colorful, flavorful, and irresistibly easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Optional: 4 slices deli turkey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, and shredded cheddar.
  2. Stir in chopped nuts or turkey slices if using.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of the mixture across the surface.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Arrange on a serving tray and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños, garlic powder, or a pinch of black pepper.
  • Use spinach or tomato-flavored tortillas for added color and presentation.
  • Swap cheddar for a mild cream cheese and add honey or orange zest for a sweeter version.
  • These are great for making ahead—just slice before serving.
  • Best served cold; no reheating needed.
