Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking for a melted finish.
