A creamy and lightly sweet Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding that blends smooth cottage cheese with ripe bananas for a nourishing, protein-rich dessert or snack that feels comforting but not heavy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese (full-fat preferred)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small box (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers
  • 1 additional banana, sliced (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, bananas, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Gently fold the blended cottage cheese mixture into the pudding until fully combined.
  5. Layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding mixture in serving cups or a dish.
  6. Top with whipped topping.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
