Chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters are a simple and refreshing frozen treat made with juicy strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a crisp chocolate shell. They’re perfect for a healthier dessert or a quick snack straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the strawberries and mix them with Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add honey and vanilla extract if using, and stir to combine.
  2. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Freeze the clusters for 1–2 hours, or until solid.
  4. While the clusters freeze, melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and place them back onto the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Return the dipped clusters to the freezer for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  • Try different berries like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
  • For a lighter option, drizzle chocolate instead of dipping.
  • Add crushed nuts or granola before chocolate hardens for crunch.
  • Use non-dairy yogurt for a vegan-friendly treat.
