These Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are fruity, creamy, and coated in a crisp chocolate shell. Made with just three main ingredients, they’re a healthier frozen treat that’s quick to prepare and perfect for summer snacking or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt (full fat or nonfat)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 12 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together diced strawberries and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drop 2-inch clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips (and coconut oil, if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Dip frozen yogurt clusters into melted chocolate, coating fully, and return to baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, let chocolate harden, and serve.

Notes

  • Swap strawberries for raspberries and use raspberry Greek yogurt for a tangy twist.
  • Try diced pineapple with coconut Greek yogurt for tropical flavor.
  • Add peppermint extract to yogurt for a mint chocolate chip version.
  • Stir peanut butter into yogurt with banana chunks for a PB-banana variation.
  • Mix blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries for a colorful berry mix.
