A fresh, flavorful wrap that combines crisp romaine, juicy chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese inside a soft tortilla — the perfect quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, grilled or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/31/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until coated. Add chicken, Parmesan, and croutons (if using). Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  2. Place the salad mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  3. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
