Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are quick, handheld pizza snacks made with dough, gooey mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and flavorful seasonings. Perfect for a fun appetizer, lunch, or quick dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough and separate into rectangles (or triangles, if using crescent dough).
  3. Layer 2–3 pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each piece of dough.
  4. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each roll-up with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese if using.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
