Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Seasonings & Oil:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cheese & Sauce:
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Garnish:
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden. Set aside.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread garlic sauce over each.
  4. Divide cooked chicken down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
  5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Return to skillet, seam-side down. Cook over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Rest 1 minute, slice, and garnish with parsley if using.

Notes

  • Swap garlic sauce for chipotle mayo, ranch, or pesto for variety.
  • Add veggies like sautéed peppers, mushrooms, or spinach.
  • Cream cheese adds extra richness under the garlic sauce.
  • Rotisserie chicken or grilled turkey makes a great shortcut protein.
  • For spice, use pepper jack cheese or red pepper flakes.
